How do I place an order?
To place your order, you choose the item that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.
Where can I enter my discount code?
TbT reserves all rights to only issue discounts under special circumstances. If you happen to receive a discount code, it can be added to your cart which you will find if you click on “Go to Cart” in the upper right corner. The discount will immediately be discounted from the total sum when applying the coupon. Please note that you can only use one discount code per order.
Was my order successful?
If money has been captured from your account, the order has reached us and will be processed by our warehouse. Your order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address that you provided when placing your order. You can also see your order status if you log in to your user account. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com
Why can't I see my order on my account?
You need to be logged in when placing the order for the purchase to be seen on your account. You will receive all necessary order information by email even though you were not logged when placing the order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible in order for us to change or cancel your order before it is shipped. You can either email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards. Our Payment processor is Stripe. We do not store any payment information.
We also have Bank Transfer options available for Malaysia and Indonesia customers. To pay by Transfer, simply proceed to checkout and the option will show on the checkout page.
What do I do if my payment has not been captured?
If you are not able to pay with your debit or credit card, it is usually because your card is issued in another country than the one you are ordering from OR you have not entered the correct address as per your bank records. Our payment system automatically blocks these transactions for safety reasons to minimize online fraud. If you are not able to pay with your card, we recommend you to try another payment method or contact your bank and request for a security check.
Information regarding VAT/GST
All our prices exclude customs duty taxes. TbT does not work with any government agencies.
Is it possible to track my order?
You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days
From where are the items shipped?
- All orders are dispatched from Malaysia and a tracking number will be sent within 72 working hours upon purchase.
TbT Watches is solely an online webstore and we do not have a physical location. All orders are counter-checked before dispatching to you and we deliver with the cooperation of the Postal Service to ensure that item is safely delivered. But in the event of a faulty/wrong item, we will be able to exchange the item once we receive the defected item from you.
In the event of such, please immediately email us at email@example.com with photos. Please allow us to reply within 48 hours. Once we have confirmed the exchange, we will indicate the return address.
Items must be returned in original condition. You may also wish to attach a note with the following information:
1) Your order number
2) Email which was used to correspond with us
In the event of a lost item through mail, the customer has the right to seek compensation for damages from the Postal Service. The tracking number will be the Subject and the customer will handle and receive the compensation directly from the Postal Service. Please contact the courier directly if such an incident surfaces.
TbT Watches offers a 1 year Inhouse Warranty from date of purchase. This warranty covers the following:
- Manufacturing defect not amounting to wear and tear
- Movement Mechanism not amounting to wear and tear
